This game is similar to Ring on a String except that it is played with some small object rather than a length of string. One player sits on the floor in the middle of a circle formed by the other players. The players in the circle sit with their hands behind their backs, and one of them holds a small object. When the game begins the players in the circle pass the object from hand to hand behind their backs. The player in the middle watches to discover who has the object.
To make it more difficult, the players in the circle can pretend to pass an object and distract the player in the middle. If the player in the middle thinks he or she knows where the object is, then he or she must tap the appropriate hand. If the guess is correct, then he or she will swap places with the person caught with the object. If the guess is wrong then he or she must stay put, and the game continues.
