70's Theme
I had a very successful 70's party like this:
I had party favours of little candies (cinnamon hots, white mints, Mike & Ike's) in pill bottles. There were labels attached with LSD, Speed etc. with a thank you note for coming to the party.
We then played a game of guessing who the artist was. We used pictures on a sheet with a record album (downloaded from the internet) and the guest had to figure out who the group was, plus name of at least two songs they sung then.
There was even a dance contest of the dances back then.
Prizes were a lava lamp, tie-dyed shirts, etc.
