Hilariously funny and very silly.
Everyone needs to be an animal, identified by its action and noise. Each player chooses his/her favourite animal. Go around the table asking each person in turn to identify themselves. So, an elephant would put up his arm and trumpet loudly. A snake would make a hiss and slither his arm around. A mouse might squeak and do an appropriate pitter patter with his hands. And so on until everyone has identified themselves around the table.
The game commences - noisily! You start off by making your own action and noise, followed by that of someone else. They pick up and repeat the process, doing their own action and noise followed by another. The game continues ad lib. Simple as that! Very enjoyable.
You can extend the rules by disallowing return passes or passes to the left.
