Give everyone a diaper pin and have them pin it onto their shirt.
Every time someone says any form of the word "baby" and gets caught, they lose their pin to the one who caught them.
Whoever has the most pins at the end of the party wins a prize! (Leave the mummy-to-be out of this one though.)
